Ingredients

 ½ cup flaxseeds
 1 cup water
 salt

Soak flaxseeds in water for at least 30 minutes in fridge or overnight.

Preheat oven to 200F while lining a baking tray with natural parchment paper.

Spread the glutinous flax seed evenly thin over the paper/ tray and bake for 2 hours.

Break into about 40 pieces*

* If you wish even sized pieces, mark 5 horizontal and 8 vertical lines. This will allow you to break the crackers into 40 uniform-sized pieces.
